Fast Five review here. Was a surprisingly awesome movie.
If Alfred Hitchcock was still around and making movies in Hollywood today I’m sure he would have made something along the lines of Source Code. Duncan Jones’ second feature, after the excellent Moon, is a whirlwind of excitement and intrigue.
Sucker Punch has had some bad reviews. Questions over its sexual politics, its lack of soul, and its excessive CGI have led to in its current rating of 21% on Rotten Tomatoes. But surely these criticisms miss the point. Sucker Punch is trash, and it knows it.
